Corporate Responsibility
luvo Talent’s corporate responsibility program means that we conduct business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with the law. We believe that how we conduct ourselves is as critical to luvo Talent’s success as being the best recruitment partner. Our Business Conduct and Compliance policies are foundational to how we do business and how we put our values into practice every day.
Business processes & awareness
As a service business, luvo Talent’s environmental footprint is relatively small. However, wherever possible, we invest in sustainable energy technology, use recycled materials, and closely monitor our waste management.
Our candidates are encouraged to interview via an online interface, such as Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Hangouts, in order to reduce travel costs and impacts. luvo Talent brings awareness to environmental issues annually through a message from leadership in recognition of Earth Day. We support the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) as part of this awareness campaign.
We support the causes we care about
We believe it is important to support the communities where luvo Talent employees live and work. Most of our company-sponsored philanthropic programs are focused on health and housing for the homeless. These issues surround us in our daily lives, which makes them a great fit for us. Each year, luvo Talent donates to The Ronald McDonald House Charity, The Chappell Foundation, and The Gift of Life Foundation.
luvo Talent encourages our employees to take the lead through volunteer work and fundraising activities that support the issues that matter most to them personally. Every year, each luvo employee can have their charitable donations and volunteer hours matched up to the value of $1,000.
